Nexon signed a domestic publishing deal for Azure Promilia, a subculture new title in development by Chinese game developer Manju Games, and began pre-registration.
On the 15th, Nexon said it secured the domestic service rights for Manju Games' new fantasy world role-playing game (RPG) Azure Promilia and will handle operations, service, and overall marketing.
Azure Promilia is a title in development by Manju Games, the studio behind the global hit Azur Lane, as a multi-platform game for PC and mobile. It is a fantasy world RPG that highlights subculture sensibilities in a Japanese animation style with artwork and a vast universe.
Players can freely explore a fantasy continent, form bonds with and cooperate with the mysterious creature "Kibo," and enjoy various content including not only combat and exploration but also construction and farming. It features a high degree of freedom and an expansive play experience.
Through this deal, Nexon plans to support the domestic launch of Azure Promilia and a stable live service. As the publisher, Nexon will leverage its operational know-how to provide user-friendly services.
Choi Seong-uk, head of Nexon's Publishing Live Division, said, "We are pleased to present the fantastical adventure world of Azure Promilia to domestic players," and added, "By combining Manju Games' development capabilities with Nexon's live service strengths, we will deliver a highly polished service."
Lin Xuyin, co-CEO of Manju Games, said, "We are delighted to collaborate with Nexon, which has successfully serviced games across various genres," and noted, "Through close cooperation, we will present a game that meets users' expectations."
