Samsung Electronics' Bespoke Steam robot vacuum was selected as the best product in wet-dry robot vacuum evaluations released by the influential U.S. consumer outlet Consumer Reports.
On the 11th, according to the industry, Consumer Reports created a wet-dry robot vacuum category for the first time this year and evaluated 14 major robot vacuum products.
Samsung Bespoke Steam took first place with an overall score of 72 across 10 items, including cleaning performance by floor type, mopping, navigation performance, and ease of use.
Bespoke Steam earned higher marks than the second-place Dreame product, which scored 67, including being the only model among all products to receive a perfect 5 in mopping performance, the core function of wet-dry robot vacuums.
Consumer Reports praised Bespoke Steam, saying it "effectively removes most liquid stains with excellent mopping performance," and gave positive marks to the product overall, including suction, navigation, and ease of maintenance.
It also noted as a strength the Clean Station's automatic cleaning features, which conveniently handle everything from pad washing and steam sterilization to drying and dust disposal.
Samsung Electronics plans to unveil a new robot vacuum model with enhanced cleaning performance at its "The First Look" event ahead of the opening of CES 2026, the world's largest home appliance and IT exhibition, to be held in Las Vegas, U.S., on Jan. 4 (local time) next year.
