AhnLab said on the 5th that it received the "$10 million Export Tower" and the "Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Commendation" at the "62nd Trade Day ceremony 2025," held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul, on the 4th, in recognition of its contributions to pioneering global markets.
Hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and organized by the Korea International Trade Association, the "Trade Day ceremony" honors corporations and contributors who excel in developing overseas markets and achieving export results each year. This year's review was based on export performance from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
AhnLab won the "$10 million Export Tower," being recognized for its export competitiveness and potential for expansion in global markets based on surpassing a total export amount of $10 million.
AhnLab is accelerating its expansion into the Middle East market based on "Rakeen," a joint venture established in Oct. last year with Saudi Arabian security corporations SITE. In addition to growth in the performance of its China and Japan subsidiaries, it is strengthening its business in Southeast Asia based on APAC partnerships. AhnLab continues to reinforce its foundation for export growth by securing product credibility on the strength of the technological competitiveness of key product lines such as "AhnLab XDR" and "AhnLab XTG," as well as global certifications including MITRE ATT&CK, AV-TEST, and VB100.
Lee Sang-guk, head of AhnLab's Marketing & Global Business Division, received the "Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Commendation" in recognition of contributions to global market expansion. Lee led the establishment of "Rakeen," laying the groundwork for entry into the Middle East market, and advanced the systematization of export channels by strengthening results in strategic countries such as China and Japan and building a global partner network. In addition, Lee oversaw global exhibitions, local sales activities, and execution of business cooperation, driving overseas revenue growth and raising AhnLab's brand recognition in global markets.
