Com2uS Holdings said on the 5th that it signed a global publishing contract for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) "Project V (working title)," which is being developed by UTPlus Interactive.
Through this contract, Com2uS Holdings will handle domestic and global publishing for Project V and will ramp up preparations with a target launch in 2026. UTPlus Interactive, embarking on its second collaboration with Com2uS Holdings, has been recognized for development capabilities across various genres since its founding in 2006, including the MMORPG "Talion."
Project V is the official sequel to the MMORPG "Talion," which Com2uS Holdings currently services. While inheriting the exhilarating action and combat feel of its predecessor, it is being developed with a new direction suited to current market trends. It moves away from the pay-to-win model to pursue natural growth tied to play and enjoyment throughout that process. With enhanced graphics and presentation to maximize immersion, it shifts the focus from competition-centered PvP to the fun of cooperation-based growth and achieving goals.
Com2uS Holdings said it is strengthening its game business by expanding its publishing lineup with a variety of genres, including strategy defense, metroidvania, puzzle, and collection RPGs, starting with Project V.
