Samsung Electronics said on the 4th that it will operate the "Samsung Interior Fit installation service" starting on the 5th.
The "Samsung Interior Fit installation service" is a service that provides, in one go, everything from dismantling existing cabinets to construction and product installation to fit newly purchased appliances or appliances already owned. It is operated through the official cabinet reform specialist partner of Samsung Electronics Logitech.
In September this year, Samsung Electronics began a cabinet reform service for kitchen appliances such as refrigerators and ovens. Since then, through last month, the number of users has been increasing by about 50% each month.
In response, the newly introduced "Samsung Interior Fit installation service" expanded the covered products to laundry appliances, including the "Bespoke AI Combo" integrated washer-dryer, one-body washers and dryers, and front-load washers and dryers. It also allows not only new buyers but customers who already own Samsung Electronics appliances to use the "Samsung Interior Fit installation service."
Samsung Electronics offers 14 options for kitchen appliance cabinets and 17 options for laundry appliance cabinets so customers can choose according to the appliance type and layout.
The "Samsung Interior Fit installation service" provides after-sales service for one year and guarantees free after-sales service for up to five years for upper cabinet sagging. It operates on a fixed-price system that includes removal expense and uses EO-grade materials with a formaldehyde emission of 0.5 mg/L or less.
