Hyundai AutoEver said on the 4th that it held the in-house esports event "AutoEver Rak Festival" to boost communication among employees and enhance the employee experience.
Hyundai AutoEver ran six events, including League of Legends and StarCraft, which are popular with employees. About 650 employees took part in the event, and about 30 advanced to the finals. The finals were held in a format similar to a professional gaming tournament, with professional commentary and a live broadcast on YouTube.
A Hyundai AutoEver official said, "The 'AutoEver Rak Festival' is part of an employee experience program that creates healthy opportunities for communication among employees, and we will continue to operate communication channels that help develop our corporate culture."
