AhnLab said on the 2nd that its PC security solution V3 earned certification with a perfect overall score in the Windows antivirus evaluation for September–October 2025 by AV-TEST, a global security product performance test.
AhnLab took part in the Home User and Business User categories of this evaluation and achieved perfect scores in all items—diagnosis rate (malware detection capability), performance (impact on PC performance when the product runs), and usability (false positives) (6 points per item, 18 points total). It was also selected as a "top product," recording top-tier results in both the Home User and Business User categories.
AhnLab V3 participated in the January–February, May–June, and September–October evaluations this year and was recognized as a top product in all three. As the only domestic PC security solution, V3 has consistently taken part in AV-TEST since 2013 and has earned certification.
