LG Uplus said on the 2nd it will hold an event to mark surpassing 1 million subscribers to its artificial intelligence (AI) call app "ixi-O." For this event, it will expand the free trials of ixi-O's core features, "AI conversation search" and "AI smart summary," to 100 uses, and give Baskin-Robbins Variety Packs to 100 users selected by lottery among those who certify their use.
To enter the event, capture the on-screen usage count that appears when using the "AI conversation search" and "AI smart summary" features and submit it as verification. Each phone number can participate only once, and details are available in the ixi-O app's notices and the event page.
"AI conversation search" and "AI smart summary" are features newly added to ixi-O in Oct. After a call ends, users can conveniently review the call details.
First, "AI conversation search" lets users ask about things they don't remember or are curious about from past call details, and ixi-O searches and answers according to the intent. It quickly organizes key items mentioned in calls with AI, such as meeting places and schedules, and can even help identify the other party's characteristics.
"AI smart summary" goes beyond conventional call summaries by organizing content into six customized formats. It summarizes in formats optimized for work, such as real estate brokerage and sales activities, as well as simple forms like memos, discussions, inquiries, and to-dos. The summary can be easily edited, copied, or shared.
