LG CNS said on the 1st that it obtained Amazon Web Services (AWS)' agentic artificial intelligence (AI) professional credential, the "Agentic AI Specialization."
The credential was granted based on recognized application cases in Korea's pharmaceutical/biotech and retail sectors. LG CNS said it developed the "APQR Agentic AI" service that automates annual product quality review (APQR) tasks for pharmaceutical/biotech corporations, cutting actual users' work time by about 99%. The corporation produces about 600 products, resulting in an estimated savings of about 7,100 hours.
LG CNS also presented an agentic artificial intelligence (AI) service that offers companywide integrated knowledge search and job/permission-based customized notice summaries as another application case.
An LG CNS official said, "By obtaining this certification, we once again verified our agentic artificial intelligence (AI) technical capabilities, and we will increase use cases across various industries going forward."
AWS has newly introduced the "AWS Agentic AI Specialization" system within the "AWS AI Competency" program to select partners with capabilities by technical field.
