HANCOM said on the 28th that it held the Smart Work with AI 2025 seminar on artificial intelligence (AI) work-innovation strategy at major hubs nationwide and wrapped up the schedule.
The seminar was planned to deliver AI technologies and practical use information, which are concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area, to regional public institutions and corporations. It ran for about three months, starting in Busan in Sep., then Gwangju, Seoul and Sejong.
The event shared methods for converting document data into AI training data, the potential uses of public Hangul document data, and an operations approach focused on practical application. The main sessions consisted of ▲ plans to use generative AI ▲ trends in AI electronic document technology ▲ cases of AI solutions.
On site, demonstrations were given of the AI search and Q&A solution Hancompedia and the AI document authoring tool Hancom Assistant. A National Tax Service official said, "We were able to confirm Hancom's AI utilization strategy," and noted, "The document automation process was practical."
Kim Yeon-su, HANCOM's CEO, said, "We were able to confirm demand for AI transformation (AX) in the field in the regions," and added, "We will continue to support closing the information gap and building an AI environment."
