LG CNS said on the 27th that its board of directors approved the regular 2026 executive appointments, promoting two to executive vice president, one to senior vice president, newly appointing five vice presidents, and transferring one from an affiliate, for a total of nine people.
An LG CNS official said, "In this round of appointments, we brought together capabilities to lead the artificial intelligence transformation (AX) market and accelerate execution, and we placed capable talent who will drive future business and technology growth."
In this personnel move, Kim Tae-hoon, senior vice president of the "AI Cloud Business Unit," which plays a pivotal role in agentic artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud businesses, and Choi Moon-geun, senior vice president of the consulting organization "Entrue Division," the think tank for AX strategy development, were promoted to executive vice president.
Vice President Lee Jun-ho of the "Smart Logistics & City Business Unit," which has led growth in physical AI and robotics as next-generation growth engines and solidified the No. 1 position in the retail logistics automation market, was also promoted to senior vice president. The "Cloud Data Center Business" head, Cho Heon-hyeok, in his 30s, who achieved outstanding results in the design, construction, and operation of AI data centers at home and abroad, was newly appointed as vice president.
