Naver Cloud will acquire Senacl, a cloud EMR (electronic medical record) service corporations, to strengthen its healthcare business.
Naver said on the 26th that Naver Cloud made an additional investment in Senacl, in which it held 8.8% existing equity, securing the position of largest shareholder.
Senacl offers the cloud EMR service "Oreum Chart" for primary care institutions and the patient health management application "Kle," among others. It is targeting a range of specialties, including internal medicine, otolaryngology, and pediatrics. In September, Senacl was also named one of the "2025 world's best Healthtech corporations" by Time in the United States and the global data firm Statista.
This year, Naver has been advancing its healthcare platform by investing in JNP Medi, a leading domestic clinical trial platform corporations, and InBody, the No. 1 global corporations in body composition analysis. It is actively collaborating on combining AI and data technology and expanding globally. In particular, with InBody, it is also discussing advancing senior care and data-based hyper-personalized healthcare.
