Megazone said on the 25th that it signed an agency contract for domain registration services with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Bahrain and was designated as Bahrain's official domain registration agency for the first time among Korea's corporations.
Megazone completed a system integration test with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Bahrain and launched the official service through its web service business brand "Hosting.kr."
Through this contract, Megazone will offer Bahrain domains (.bh) to global customers and support a reliable environment for building online brands for domestic customers seeking to enter the Middle East market. In addition, starting next year, it plans to provide a Domain Name System (DNS) service with 100% Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Through Hosting.kr, which is accredited by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), Megazone handles 231 domains in 83 countries worldwide, securing price competitiveness and stable network quality. It is also expanding various web-based services, including cloud, hosting, and website development.
