Samsung Electronics said on the 23rd that the all-in-one washer-dryer Bespoke AI Combo, launched in the United States in April, received positive reviews from major local media.
Samsung Electronics is targeting the U.S. laundry market with the Bespoke artificial intelligence (AI) Combo in the vented format specialized for U.S. dwellings.
Vented is an exhaust-type drying method that expels the remaining air outside after drying clothes with hot air produced by a heater, offering the advantage of fast drying speed.
Trusted Reviews, a U.S. magazine specializing in electronics evaluations, said in a hands-on review of the vented-type Bespoke AI Combo in mid-month that it is a "fantastic washer-dryer that delivers perfect washing and drying."
The outlet said the product is easy to use and powerful, introducing it as a product that can replace a standalone washer and a vented dryer.
In particular, it noted that the "Auto Open Door" feature, which automatically opens the door after the drying cycle ends to keep laundry dry and fresh, is useful, and that the automation features linked with SmartThings and the intuitive operation are also convenient.
Good Housekeeping, a U.S. home appliance outlet, said that in its own tests, the product showed excellent performance in removing stubborn stains such as chocolate and wine.
It also said that in drying tests, drying was completed within an hour, rating its drying performance as excellent.
The Bespoke AI Combo was also selected by Consumer Reports, a leading U.S. consumer review outlet, for its "Best All-in-One Combo Washers of 2025" list released this month.
