NHN said on the 21st that it released the iOS version of the mobile web-board game "Hangame Hold'em," which features a Korean-style five-player hold'em system, on Apple's App Store.
Hangame Hold'em is designed to provide a sense of speed and a casual play environment while retaining hold'em's signature psychological warfare elements. It implements simple yet tense gameplay by applying up to five players per table and a one-touch betting method.
The AOS version, which was first released on Google Play on Sept. 9, has drawn an initial response mainly among younger users, and with this iOS launch, users can now enjoy the game in a broader environment. HN plans to continue updates to enhance user fun and convenience.
Kim Sang-ho, head of NHN's game business division, said, "With the release of the iOS version of 'Hangame Hold'em,' more users can experience the speed and tension of Korean-style five-player hold'em," and added, "We will improve the game's completeness through continuous updates."
