Kakao released Kakao Friends Christmas edition goods on the 14th in collaboration with the global animated character "Looney Tunes."
Looney Tunes is the flagship animated franchise of Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products in the United States. It has long been loved for a variety of characters, including the chick character "Tweety," the cat "Sylvester," and the rabbit "Bugs Bunny."
This collaboration, themed "a Christmas where every moment becomes a gift," blends Looney Tunes' mischievous sensibility with Kakao Friends' signature style. New characters include Chunsik transformed into Tweety, Ryan resembling Sylvester, and Apeach wearing Bugs Bunny's ears.
The goods consist of 20 limited-edition items that combine practicality and sentiment at once, including ◇ mugs, ◇ keyrings, ◇ car air fresheners, ◇ wreath dolls, and ◇ ornament cards. The Christmas edition will be available at Kakao Friends online and offline stores starting on the 14th.
At the Kakao Friends Hongdae flagship store, a photo zone decorated with Christmas artwork of all Kakao Friends characters inspired by this collaboration theme has been set up. Customers who purchase more than 50,000 won at the online Friends Shop will receive a mini desk tree as a free gift.
