Rebellions, a Korea AI Semiconductor Start - Up, said on the 13th that it has completed the establishment of its U.S. subsidiary. To expand in the United States and other global markets, the company hired Marshall Choy, former chief customer officer (CCO) of SambaNova Systems and previously at Oracle, as its chief business officer (CBO). It also hired Jennifer Glore, who worked at Oracle and SambaNova Systems, as executive vice president (EVP) of product management.
Rebellions has been expanding its ties with the U.S. market, including attracting investment from Silicon Valley venture capital (VC) through a Series C round. The company said, "With the establishment of the U.S. subsidiary and the hiring of global leaders, we will strengthen our position in the North American market, the front line of the AI market," adding, "We expect to accelerate business performance by expanding touchpoints with local customers and partners."
Marshall Choy, who joined Rebellions as CBO, served as vice president (VP) of product and solution engineering at Oracle, then joined the U.S. AI Semiconductor Start - Up SambaNova Systems as an early member and most recently worked as CCO. At Rebellions, Choy plans to oversee global business.
Jennifer Glore, hired as EVP of product management at Rebellions, has built experience in customer-centric product strategy and operations at Oracle and SambaNova Systems. At Rebellions, Glore will serve as a bridge between the development organization and customers, helping to establish efficient product strategies and expand the business.
