NEOWIZ announced on the 12th its third-quarter 2025 results prepared under Korea International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS).
NEOWIZ said it posted revenue of 127.4 billion won, operating profit of 26.5 billion won, and net profit of 25.0 billion won in the third quarter of 2025. Revenue rose 37% from a year earlier, operating profit jumped 310%, and net profit also swung to a surplus.
The results were driven by core intellectual property (IP) such as "Lies of P" and "Brown Dust 2," which performed evenly across both PC/console and mobile platforms.
Revenue in the PC/console category was 58.7 billion won, up 59% from a year earlier. The base game of "Lies of P" and the downloadable content (DLC) "Prelude" are maintaining steady sales momentum while expanding the global user base. The new title "Shape of Dreams" surpassed cumulative global sales of 600,000 units within two months of launch, contributing to revenue growth.
Revenue in the mobile category was 58.5 billion won, up 28% from a year earlier. "Brown Dust 2" set an all-time high in revenue thanks to its second-anniversary update, marking growth for the seventh consecutive quarter. Other revenue was 10.2 billion won, down 3% from a year earlier but up 20% from the previous quarter.
NEOWIZ is pursuing a mid- to long-term strategy to secure story-driven IP and expand its fandom. In the fourth quarter, it plans to further grow its domestic and global fandom through expanded sales of the "Lies of P" base game and DLC, the 2.5-year anniversary update for "Brown Dust 2," a live event in Taiwan, and participation in "AGF 2025."
