ESTsecurity said on the 10th that it officially released Alyac 3.0, which has been advanced to let individual users experience a security environment at the level of corporations by significantly strengthening Ransomware Detection and blocking functions.
The new product is characterized by a complete overhaul of the detection engine and interface to respond quickly to the latest security threats such as surging ransomware and hacking attacks. ESTsecurity said it plans to evolve it into a "PC care-type integrated antivirus" that goes beyond traditional antiviruses to automatically manage and optimize the user environment.
Alyac 3.0 strengthens ransomware defense to detect attempts to encrypt important documents in real time and block them immediately. When signs of infection are detected, automatic backup and recovery functions run to securely protect key data such as MS Office documents, images, and design files.
It also redesigned the detection engine so that the latest threat intelligence and detection rules are automatically reflected, and improved detection accuracy and response speed against advanced attacks such as new and variant malware, rootkits, and spyware.
User convenience has also been improved. The main screen centered on the "Alyac character" intuitively shows the PC's security status, and automation features such as scheduled scans and automatic updates help maintain a stable usage environment.
An ESTsecurity official said, "Alyac 3.0 is a version that has completely revamped its internal structure to respond to increasingly sophisticated security threats," and added, "We will provide a security environment at the level of corporations to individual users and continue to evolve into a 'PC care-type integrated antivirus.'"
