NCSOFT said on the 10th that it signed a game distribution contract with Daewon Media.
NCSOFT will sell and service Daewon Media's packaged games, including Astonishia Story and Legend of the Seven Paladins Plus, through its unified game platform "PURPLE." NCSOFT PURPLE is distributing a variety of PC games in partnership with global partners such as Sony Interactive Entertainment.
NCSOFT will begin pre-sales for "Astonishia Story" on the 20th. On PURPLE, buyers can purchase a limited-edition physical package for PC and a PC download version. Official service begins Dec. 18. Legend of the Seven Paladins Plus will also be available to purchase and play starting Dec. 18.
Im Won-gi, NCSOFT chief business management officer (CBMO), said, "PURPLE is gradually evolving into a unified game play hub where players can enjoy a variety of genres, including cooperation with Daewon Media," and added, "We plan to support play for 'Astonishia Story' and 'Legend of the Seven Paladins Plus' at franchised PC rooms nationwide operated by NCSOFT."
