DB HiTek said on the 10th it preliminarily tallied third-quarter sales of 374.7 billion won and operating profit of 80.6 billion won on a consolidation basis.
According to DB HiTek that day, sales rose 30% from a year earlier and operating profit increased 71%, with an operating margin of 22%. Following the previous quarter, the continued increase in demand for power semiconductors is analyzed to have had a positive effect on results.
A DB HiTek official said, "We plan to strengthen our business foundation by enhancing our power semiconductor technology competitiveness focused on high-value, high-growth products, while expanding overseas business and pursuing new businesses."
DB HiTek plans to hold a third-quarter earnings presentation corporate briefing for domestic institutional investors on the 10th to 11th.
