ISO/IEC 42001 is an international certification that evaluates whether the entire process of developing and operating AI services meets requirements such as ▲ security ▲ safety ▲ fairness ▲ transparency ▲ data and quality management. It comprehensively verifies not only technical capabilities but also whether, based on AI governance, there are strategic decision-making, innovation activities, accountability, and a system for continuous improvement.
Bespin Global, based on its HelpNow AI product line, was assessed to be in conformity with international standards across the entire process as an AI Provider and AI Producer, including design, development, testing, operation, maintenance, and building and operating agents using Generative AI. With this certification, Bespin Global has been officially recognized for an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) that meets international standards.
The certification scope includes AI project consulting, data processing architecture design, and overall project operations and risk management. This means Bespin Global has established ethical AI use and a transparent operating system across its Generative AI-based platform, HelpNow Agentic AI.
Lee So-young, head of DNV Korea, a global certification body, said, "ISO/IEC 42001 certification means going beyond simple technological competitiveness to having a responsible AI operating system," and added, "With this certification, Bespin Global's global competitiveness will be further strengthened."
