Kakao Games said on the 7th that it will hold the offline Battlegrounds event "AIR PUBG: First Class" during "G-Star 2025."
The event will run for three days from Nov. 14 to 16 at the 9th-floor Culture Hall of the Shinsegae Department Store Centum City in Busan. In a space themed "first class in the sky," various programs will be offered, and participants will receive plenty of prizes.
At the "Play Lounge," three event matches will be held daily starting at 11 a.m. All participants will receive AIR PUBG welcome rewards and G-COIN coupons, and there will also be matches with streamers for each session. Prizes including Kakao Friends merchandise will be offered through a drawing among those who pre-register.
The "Special Lounge" will take place twice at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., featuring special guests including PUBG pro teams and partner streamers. Some programs will be broadcast live online, and all attendees will receive a limited goods set including a "Zowie wireless mouse." In addition, a Battlegrounds-themed cooking show featuring chefs Yun Nam-no, Kim Pung, and Choi Hyun-seok will be held, offering a special meal to on-site spectators.
In particular, PC seats for the "Special Lounge" sold out in eight minutes after tickets opened on the 4th. Reservations for the remaining spectator seats and the "Play Lounge" will be available starting at 6 p.m. on the 7th.
This event is an offline program linked to the "Battlegrounds" booth "Cafe PUBG" at the G-Star venue. Kakao Games will operate a "Battlegrounds" photo zone on the second basement floor of the Shinsegae Department Store Centum City during the event and distribute Kakao Friends Chunsik balloons to visitors.
