Workday, a U.S. software company that provides HR and finance management services for corporations, said on the 6th that it was named a leader for the fourth straight year in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for the institutional sector of cloud ERP (enterprise resource planning) for service-centric enterprises.
Workday provides solutions such as Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Workday Spend Management to service-centric corporations, supporting expense structure and profitability analysis. The company said, "By analyzing more than 1 trillion transactions (data processing requests) each year, along with data on millions of workers and tens of thousands of jobs, we are helping innovate how a wide range of organizations operate, including Intermountain Health, Iowa State University, and Seattle Children's."
Andrew Kershaw, head of Workday financial solutions, said, "Service-centric corporations are under pressure to respond more nimbly in a rapidly changing market environment, maintain efficiency, and lead with insight," adding, "To do that, it is essential to connect HR, finance, and operations into one unified system."
