Netmarble said on the 6th that it posted consolidated sales of 696 billion won and operating profit of 90.9 billion won in the third quarter of 2025. Net income for the period came to 40.6 billion won.
Compared with a year earlier, sales rose 7.5%, operating profit 38.8%, and net income 97.1%. From the previous quarter, they fell 3.0%, 10.1%, and 74.7%, respectively.
The main drivers of the earnings increase were the success of new titles and a higher share of in-house intellectual property (IP). The full-quarter impact of "Vampyr," launched in Aug., and "Seven Knights: Rebirth," released in May, lifted both sales and operating profit. In addition, a continued decline in the commission rate helped the operating margin reach 13.1%.
Overseas sales in the third quarter were 472.6 billion won, accounting for 68% of the total. By region, the sales mix was North America 34%, Korea 32%, Europe 11%, Southeast Asia 8%, Japan 8%, and others 7%.
Netmarble plans to release "Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE" in the fourth quarter, and in 2026 it intends to roll out eight new titles, including "Stone Age Idle," "The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin," "SOL: enchant," and "MonGil: STAR DIVE."
Netmarble CEO Kim Byung-kyu said, "This year, the successive hits of new titles such as 'RF Online Next,' 'Seven Knights: Rebirth,' and 'Vampyr' proved our competitiveness in the global market," and added, "In 2026, we will strengthen our game competitiveness through a variety of anticipated titles and continue differentiated results in the global market."
