Nexon said on the 4th that "ARC Raiders," a new extraction-adventure game developed by its subsidiary Embark Studios, ranked No. 1 on Steam in global revenue and most popular games.
Right after launch, "ARC Raiders" reached a peak concurrent player count of 354,836 on Steam, ranked No. 1 in both global revenue and most popular games, and placed fourth in most played games. It also topped Steam sales rankings in Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Thailand, showing strong performance across Asia.
Post-launch, it has maintained a "Very Positive" rating, with 89% of more than 43,000 reviews being favorable. Users praised its standout graphics and immersion, sound design, and high level of polish.
On Twitch, "ARC Raiders" reached a peak concurrent viewership of 372,816, taking the top spot across all categories, and simultaneously surpassed 60,000 peak concurrent viewers on YouTube. In Korea, it drew more than 20,000 viewers on both SOOP and Chzzk, the two major streaming platforms.
