Naver (NAVER) is introducing a new advertising solution based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology so that even small and midsize businesses with little advertising experience can easily run digital out-of-home ads.
Naver said on the 3rd it will launch a new digital out-of-home advertising solution with AI technology, "ADVoost Screen."
ADVoost Screen is Naver's new advertising solution that runs tailored ads on digital media placed in offline spaces such as movie theaters, billboards, and public transit.
Naver said it has digitized the entire out-of-home ad buying process by applying AI technology. It improved accessibility so small and midsize businesses can use it easily by offering weekly options to a system that typically allowed only monthly runs.
ADVoost Screen simplifies complex procedures—from creative submission and review to data checks—through Naver's ad system, helping advertisers with little to no out-of-home experience easily run digital out-of-home ads.
By applying Naver's video AI technology "AutoClip AI," it automatically optimizes video ad aspect ratios and sizes to fit media with different specifications.
Naver said the diversity of placements is also a strength of ADVoost Screen. ADVoost Screen secures highly attention-grabbing, everyday digital media—including ▲ movie theaters ▲ large light-emitting diode (LED) billboards in downtown areas ▲ taxi LED screens ▲ restaurant ordering and payment devices—to help advertisers maximize the efficiency of out-of-home ads.
Naver plans to advance the solution so advertisers can set granular targets tailored to marketing objectives such as offices, shopping, and transportation. It will also gradually expand integrated media partners. A separate ADVoost Screen product for self-employed people and small business owners will launch within the year so they can run ads using various media around their places of business.
