SK Broadband said on the 31st that it revamped the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) of its online service platform "B world" and its official online sign-up center "B Direct Shop" to strengthen customer convenience.
The revamp focused on providing tailored information according to customer situations at digital touchpoints and delivering an easy, intuitive user experience across the entire process from consultation to sign-up and use.
First, the newly revamped B world shortens the customer exploration journey by offering customized information on the home screen based on login status and subscription status. Logged-in customers can see at a glance frequently used menus, such as rates for subscribed products, payment, and application status, while non-logged-in customers are first shown rate plan guidance and the sign-up process.
My Page was restructured with a card-style UI for key information such as bill inquiry, benefits, and application status to improve intuitiveness. In addition, notifications are sent via app push based on each customer's service usage status, and a feature to adjust card content and order was applied so customers can check the information they want without moving through multiple tabs.
The artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot "ChatB," which offers 24-hour consultation from sign-up to after-sales service (A/S), improved usability through UI/UX enhancements and customization.
Performance of the B world app also improved. By increasing menu navigation speed up to four times compared with before, customers can experience a faster, more seamless environment when using the app. SK Broadband plans to apply an AI recommendation feature to B world to suggest content and value-added services tailored to customer preferences and usage patterns.
The official online sign-up center "B Direct Shop" was also revamped to be more customer-friendly. The newly created "B-da Shop-possible" page carries the meaning that "everything is possible at B Direct Shop" and was configured as an integrated space where users can see online self sign-up, sign-up benefits, customer reviews, and FAQs at a glance.
