SK hynix to make 10nm-class 1c DRAM half of capacity by end of 2026

SK hynix said on the 29th at the 2025 third-quarter earnings conference call, "We began mass production of 10-nanometer-class sixth-generation (1c) DRAM this year, and a full-scale ramp-up is expected next year," adding, "By the end of next year, the 1c DRAM process is expected to account for half of DRAM production capacity."

SK hynix also said, "In line with the principle of focusing production capacity on products with secured demand, new capacity will be allocated to HBM, and DRAM and NAND flash memory will be addressed through process conversions (transitioning existing production lines to advanced nodes)."
