Hyundai AutoEver said on the 29th that it held the "2025 Hyundai AutoEver Partners Day" on the 28th to strengthen win-win cooperation with partner companies.
About 200 people, including 72 partner companies that signed a win-win growth agreement with Hyundai AutoEver and other officials, attended the event. Held annually since 2018, "Partners Day" is an occasion for Hyundai AutoEver to share its vision for win-win management with partner companies and discuss sustainable cooperation plans.
Hyundai AutoEver selected Massco, Soft Zion, and Wiver Systems, partner companies that actively participated in win-win growth activities this year, as outstanding partners and presented them with certificates and prize money. It also shared insights on technological change and industry trends through a special lecture on the theme "The future of the AI era as seen by a brain scientist," and provided time for networking among attendees.
Hyundai AutoEver operates various win-win growth programs, including partner-tailored management consulting and support for talent recruitment and training, and it helps partners manage stably by maintaining a 100% cash payment rate for subcontract delivery payments.
It has also been participating for the fifth year in the "Partner ESG Support Program" led by the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership. The ESG metric compliance rate of the 89 partner companies supported by Hyundai AutoEver rose to 87.9% from an average of 44% over the past four years.
Last year, Hyundai AutoEver proved the results of its win-win management by earning the top grade of "Outstanding" in the "Win-Win Growth Index Assessment" by the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership.
Lee Se-hee, executive vice president and head of Hyundai AutoEver's business support division, said, "We will continue to expand a win-win ecosystem where we can grow together based on trust with our partner companies."
