Samsung Electronics said on the 28th that it showcased artificial intelligence (AI) home appliances at the La Liste 2026 awards ceremony, a global gastronomy guide, held at Paradise City Incheon on the 27th.
La Liste is a restaurant guide representing the global gastronomy scene that evaluates restaurants, hotels, and pastry shops in more than 200 countries each year and releases the global top 1,000 selection.
Marking its 10th anniversary, the awards ceremony was attended by top domestic and international chefs and gastronomy experts, including Guy Savoy, Eric Ripert, and Anh Sung-jae.
Samsung Electronics joined the event as an official partner and exhibited refrigerators in the Kitchen Fit Max design, including the Bespoke AI Hybrid Kitchen Fit Max refrigerator and the Bespoke AI Kimchi Plus Kitchen Fit Max kimchi refrigerator, as well as the all-in-one cooking appliance Bespoke Qooker Multi.
A demonstration event was also held where celebrity dessert expert Chef Park Jun-woo and kimchi expert Master Lee Ha-yeon introduced various functions of Samsung kitchen appliances.
Samsung Electronics also showcased the SmartThings Food service using the all-in-one cooking appliance Bespoke Qooker Multi. The SmartThings Food service supports AI-based recipe recommendations, sending setting values to cooking appliances, and purchasing ingredients from recommended recipes.
At the awards ceremony, Samsung Electronics, together with La Liste, presented the special Craftsmanship Award to Master Lee Ha-yeon, who is carrying on Korea's traditional gastronomy using Samsung AI home appliance innovation technologies.
