SK AX said on the 28th that it has launched the "Woori Investment & Securities AX-based digital system development project." The project aims to innovate the entirety of the securities business, from customer-facing financial services to internal work processes, product design, data utilization, and system development frameworks.
SK AX has proven its AX (agile transformation) capabilities by carrying out digital transformation projects with major securities firms such as Hana Securities and Korea Investment & Securities. Through this project, it plans to further advance a customer-centric digital financial service framework.
First, it will build a "one platform" environment that enables consistent operation of various channels on a single platform. By integrating digital counters and external sales channels (ODS, Out Door Sales), it will provide an experience where customers can receive product guidance and subscribe in the same way from any location.
It will also introduce an "integrated account-based product operation system" that allows various financial investment products such as stocks, overseas stocks, bonds, and funds to be managed in a single account. This will enable asset movement and management without opening separate accounts and is expected to greatly enhance the flexibility and scalability of securities services.
Customer data utilization will also be strengthened. SK AX will build a "single view" framework that integrates and manages customer information, transaction history, investment preferences, and held assets to support hyper-personalized asset management and marketing. It will also monitor portfolio risk in real time, enabling precise risk responses.
SK AX will also apply its in-house artificial intelligence (AI)-based development automation platform "DAVIS (Delivery AI Agent & Virtual Intelligence Suite)." DAVIS automates the entire development process—from system analysis to coding and testing—simultaneously improving speed and quality.
