AhnLab Blockchain Company (ABC), AhnLab's Blockchain subsidiary, said on the 28th that it successfully wrapped up the NextGen convergence fellowship, a digital new-industry talent training program for young job seekers.

The program was part of the 2025 future tomorrow work experience ESG-type program hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and was jointly run by five institutions, including ABC, Momilancer, Archiaka, Kongju National University, and the Hi Seoul Companies Association. From May to September over five months, it provided 300 young people ages 15 to 34 with job training, hands-on participation opportunities, and employment mentoring in three fields: Blockchain, Edtech, and digital heritage.

ABC oversaw the "Blockchain track" and offered practical training focused on its Web3 wallet service ABC Wallet, covering the process of applying Blockchain technology to real-world business. Participants carried out team projects in service operations, quality assurance (QA), marketing content production, and new business development, gaining field-centered digital work experience.

Of the 300 total enrollees, 277 completed the course, posting a completion rate of 92.2%. All graduates received an NFT (non-fungible token)-based digital badge, and separate awards were given to outstanding teams in each track.
