Com2uS said on the 27th that it will recruit the third cohort for Com2uS Mentoring School, a job exploration program for college students.
Com2uS Mentoring School is a free education program in which current professionals in the game industry participate as mentors and provide information on the game industry and each role. The third cohort will recruit participants online from Oct. 27 until 10 a.m. on Nov. 6, and the selected applicants will be announced on Nov. 13. Any college student who has completed at least five semesters and can graduate by Feb. 2027 can apply regardless of major.
This year, in addition to planning, programming (client/server), art, business, and marketing positions offered through last year's second cohort, the program has expanded to artificial intelligence (AI) and technical art (TA), bringing current professionals from a total of eight roles to serve as mentors. In particular, Com2uS launched AX Hub, an AI strategy organization, in March and is strengthening its capabilities.
Also, the one-day program was extended to 1.5 days last year. Participants will attend an online career special lecture and orientation on Nov. 20, and on Nov. 21 they can take up to two special lectures at Com2uS headquarters based on the roles of interest they selected when applying. In addition, through group mentoring by role, participants can share career and job-related questions and information with current professionals and hear real-world work stories.
