Oracle said on the 23rd that RSUPPORT adopted its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AI services and cut infrastructure operating expense by about 40%.
RSUPPORT is a software company that provides real-time collaboration and communication solutions such as remote support, video conferencing, and AI meeting minutes, and has about 20,000 corporate customers. After adopting OCI in 2023, it succeeded in reducing expense while ensuring performance and stability.

OCI provides scalability, efficiency, and security and supports the expansion of AI services.
RSUPPORT leveraged various OCI services to improve system performance and stability, and efficiently trained and ran AI models through flexible GPU-based resources. This enhanced service quality and strengthened operational stability. Kim Seong-ha, Korea Oracle's president, said, "RSUPPORT's adoption of OCI is an exemplary case that shows how domestic corporations can leverage Oracle services to advance AI-based services and secure high performance, scalability, and expense efficiency to lead global innovation."
