NC AI, the artificial intelligence (AI) subsidiary of NCSOFT, said on the 22nd that it signed an agreement with Hyungji Group on the 21st for the introduction of AX and Varco. Under the agreement, NC AI will support Hyungji Group's transition to AI-centered management by using its fashion-focused AI solution, Varco Art Fashion.
Hyungji Group will introduce NC AI's Varco solution in stages and apply it first to key units such as planning, sales, distribution, and customer service within three months. Hyungji Group is a leading comprehensive fashion corporation in Korea that includes the listed companies Hyungji Fashion Group, Hyungji Elite, Hyungji Global, and Hyungji I&C, as well as affiliates such as Hyungji Esquire and Hyungji Art Malling, and is known for Crocodile Lady under its parent Hyungji Fashion Group.
The two companies will build an execution framework for data integration, workflow automation, and customer experience innovation with the goal of a companywide AI management shift, and Hyungji will also conduct in-house training and organizational culture innovation to establish an AI-based work culture.
NC AI's Varco Art Fashion is an AI image generation tool for fashion designers and marketers that helps easily create a wide range of fashion content, from product design mock-ups and model-on-body cuts to visuals for social media (SNS) marketing. With just prompt input, designers can realize the designs they want, and it offers various features such as changing and compositing design fabrics and converting 2D designs to 3D. It also enables brand-customized virtual model fitting and background compositing, allowing results to be previewed without making prototypes.
NC AI already provides Varco Art Fashion to domestic fashion corporations such as F&F, known for MLB and Discovery Expedition, and Shinsegae International, and it is currently reviewing contracts with more than 10 major domestic fashion corporations.
