Cybersecurity corporations SOFTCAMP said on the 21st that it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with intelligent digital twin solution corporations ZYX Technology to cooperate on security in line with accelerating digital transformation. The signing ceremony was held on the 20th at ZYX Technology's headquarters in Gangnam District, Seoul.
The agreement aims to jointly address data security issues that have become important with the spread of cloud and collaborative environments. SOFTCAMP has security technologies for generative AI and SaaS environments, and ZYX Technology has domestically developed general-purpose CAD (Computer Aided Design) software, so synergy is expected through the combination of the two companies' technologies.
The two companies plan to integrate ZYX Technology's CAD design program "ZYXCAD (ZyxCAD)" with SOFTCAMP's integrated security solution "Security 365" to enable safe design data management and protection even in cloud-based collaborative environments.
Choi Jong-bok, head of ZYX Technology, said, "Design data is a core asset of corporations' competitiveness," adding, "Through this cooperation, we will set a new standard for a CAD collaboration ecosystem that satisfies both security and productivity."
Bae Hwan-guk, head of SOFTCAMP, said, "By combining each company's technical expertise, we will strengthen a business model in which security and collaboration are harmonized in a digital transformation environment," adding, "Through mutual cooperation, we will lay the foundation for joint growth."
