Samsung Electronics said on the 19th that it has released 22 works exhibited at Art Basel Paris, held at the Grand Palais in central Paris from the 24th to the 26th (local time), on Samsung Art Store.
Samsung Art Store is a subscription service for art exclusively for Samsung TVs, offering more than 4,000 works by renowned museums and artists around the world in 4K quality. Samsung Electronics is participating as the official display partner of Art Basel Paris and has set up an exhibition zone.
Visitors can view the Art Basel Paris collection and works by painter Lee Seong-ja, a pioneer of abstract art in Korea who worked in France, through Samsung TVs such as Micro RGB (red, green, blue), Neo QLED, and The Frame. This Art Basel Paris collection highlights artists who redefine how we reflect our lives and the world.
Representative works include Pascal Martin Tayou's "Dream in Giza," Ludovic Nkoth's "Waiting," and "The Weight of a Day."
Samsung Electronics previously introduced the Art Basel Miami Beach collection in December last year, the Art Basel Hong Kong collection in March, and the Art Basel in Basel collection in June on Samsung Art Store.
