Nexon said on the 17th that it will hold the first pop-up exhibition for Mabinogi Mobile, a mobile massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by its subsidiary DevCAT, titled "Adventurer's Record," at Beacon Studio in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. The exhibition runs through the 30th.
The exhibition was prepared to thank users who have enjoyed Mabinogi Mobile since its official launch in Mar., and to extend the game's sensibility into a real space. Inside the venue, screenshots taken directly by users are displayed, and the in-game world is recreated through a space and lighting production inspired by "Tir Chonaill Central Square."
The exhibition consists of six themes in total. ▲ "Prologue," announcing the start of the game ▲ a space containing the first memories and excitement ▲ a space themed around life and community activities ▲ a space conveying memories with pets ▲ an appreciation space that implements major regions such as "Tir Chonaill" and "Emain Macha" with a large media wall ▲ "Epilogue," expressing the future and resolutions.
Admission is free through advance reservation or on-site registration. Visitors receive a commemorative goods set that includes a beverage, a cookie, postcards, and five can badges. A photo zone and a social media verification event will also be held, giving participants a chance to enter the "Strange Cat Draw Event." Through the event, one person each day will receive an official goods set, 10 people will receive 30,000 won in Naver Pay points, and other participants will receive game coupons.
