Okestro's artificial intelligence (AI) subsidiary Okestro AGI said on the 17th that it obtained certification in the "loitering" and "intrusion" categories in the intelligent CCTV performance test and certification administered by the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).
KISA's intelligent CCTV performance test and certification is a system that evaluates the accuracy with which intelligent CCTVs can identify and detect specific actions in video data. Certification is granted only if "intrusion" into restricted areas or "loitering," defined as staying in a designated area for a certain period, is detected with at least 90% accuracy.
Okestro AGI participated in the test by loading its lightweight video detection algorithm onto NVIDIA Jetson Nano. The technology integrates with IoT and CCTV equipment to detect abnormal behavior and collect and analyze related data.
Okestro AGI is currently conducting ontology technology research based on the Data Catalog (DCAT 3.0) and is applying its solutions, including the AI knowledge search platform "G-AIDSP," to public agency systems such as railways, roads, and transportation.
The Okestro group is continuing research and development on AI and plans to roll out a new product line that combines generative AI with ontology technology in stages next year.
