Chabot Mobility said on the 17th that it will roll out a new "car wash subscription service" designed to reduce the hassle of vehicle management and efficiently support drivers' maintenance habits.
The service is part of the advancement of Chabot's "My Car Management Concierge," offering car washes—one of the essential maintenance items—on a reasonably priced subscription basis so drivers can continue professional vehicle care while saving time and expense.
The service is offered as the "Regular Car Wash G3 package," which provides two exterior washes and one interior wash per month. A range of additional subscription package models will be launched sequentially to meet diverse customer needs. With discounts of up to 24%, the service starts at 45,500 won per month, offering strong value. Discount rates and fees vary by vehicle class, but regular vehicle maintenance is available at an average 20% discount.
The car wash covers eight items in total. The exterior wash includes four items: water-save chemical washing, glass cleaning, paint surface wax coating, and wheel and tire cleaning and coating. The interior wash consists of four items: dashboard, seat, and mat cleaning, and trunk cleaning. This ensures meticulous care for both the vehicle's exterior and interior.
A simple UX also improves ease of use. If users apply for a subscription through the "Buy My Car" tab in the Chabot app, an on-site car wash service is provided after a consultation with a professional detailer. The car wash is carried out by Gotcha Mobilize, a company specializing in on-site car wash services. Gotcha Mobilize is certified by the International Detailing Association (IDA), the global standard training program for detailing, and only experts who have completed detailing academy training perform the washes to ensure service quality.
