AhnLab said on the 15th that it has been strengthening its push into local markets by consecutively participating in major cybersecurity exhibitions in Southeast Asia.
From Sept. 30 to Oct. 2, AhnLab took part in CyberDSA 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and from Oct. 13 to 14 it participated in IndoSec 2025 in Jakarta, Indonesia, introducing key global strategic products such as anti-ransomware and CPS (cyber-physical system) security solutions.
CyberDSA 2025 is Southeast Asia's largest cybersecurity exhibition spanning government, defense, and the private sector, and AhnLab joined for the second straight year. It ran a joint booth with local partner GOGOPASS and held product consultations with about 600 officials from public institutions and corporations.
In particular, the security platform AhnLab CPS Plus, which integrates protection across OT and IT environments, and the portable malware inspection solution AhnLab Xcanner drew strong interest. Global market research firm Frost & Sullivan's assessment of AhnLab as a "CPS security market leader" also boosted local trust.
In addition, Kim Do-yeop, a manager on AhnLab's overseas business team, delivered a presentation in an expert session titled "RansomOps in Action: From Initial Access to Double Extortion," sharing the latest ransomware trends.
At IndoSec 2025 in Indonesia, it operated a joint booth with local partner DBMWORKS. AhnLab showcased various products including the sandbox-based threat response solution AhnLab MDS and the integrated security event analytics platform AhnLab XDR, and it received positive feedback from manufacturing and telecommunications officials for the OT full-stack protection capabilities of the CPS security platform AhnLab CPS Plus.
