Zoom Communications, Inc. (hereafter "Zoom") said on the 14th that its artificial intelligence (AI)-based cloud phone solution "Zoom Phone" surpassed 10 million accounts worldwide.
Launched in 2019, Zoom Phone has grown rapidly in line with the market trend of converting legacy PBX (Private Branch Exchange) or distributed phone systems into an integrated cloud solution. Based on a stable and scalable platform, Zoom is helping corporations of various sizes improve how they collaborate and handle customer interactions.
Chris Moss, general manager of Zoom Phone, said, "Reaching 10 million accounts shows that organizations around the world view their phone systems not as a simple means of communication but as a strategic asset," and added, "Customers are experiencing real value through efficient management and expense reduction, as well as intelligent interactions powered by AI."
Zoom plans to continue strengthening its artificial intelligence (AI), mobility, and unified communications features to provide an environment where phone, meetings, messaging, and contact center can be managed on a single platform.
