Smilegate said on the 14th that it will participate as the official main sponsor of the country's largest subculture game and animation festival, "Anime X Game Festival 2025 (AGF 2025)," to be held at KINTEX in Ilsan from Dec. 5 to 7.
Since 2023, Smilegate has operated a booth at AGF each year and engaged with visitors, and this year, as the main sponsor, it plans to significantly expand the booth size and on-site events.
AGF is the country's largest subculture festival held every December, and about 72,000 people visited over two days last year. This year's event will run for three days from Dec. 5.
In 2023, Smilegate organized its booth around Epic Seven and Stove, and last year it operated an experiential booth with four zones: Epic Seven, Chaos Zero Nightmare, Outerplane, and Love Lab by Stove. More than 10,000 visitors attended, drawing a strong response.
This year, as the main sponsor, it will expand the booth size and strengthen on-site events to showcase a variety of hands-on content for subculture fans. Detailed information on participating titles and booth operations will be released later.
Lee No-ju, a director at Smilegate Megaport, said, "The subculture game lineup is expanding, including Chaos Zero Nightmare and Future Sight ahead of official launches," and added, "We will do our best at AGF 2025 to offer fans a special experience."
