Samsung Electronics said on the 1st that it will run the "AI Subscription Festa," which lets customers subscribe to the latest home appliances at an affordable price, through Nov. 30.
During the event, Samsung Electronics will provide up to 8% of the total subscription amount as Samsung Electronics membership points to new customers of the "AI All-in-One 2.0" plan, which lets users access both products and subscription care.
In addition, when some models are subscribed to on the "AI All-in-One 2.0" plan, the company will also run a promotion that credits membership points equivalent to the first month's subscription fee.
Benefits for customers purchasing two or more items have also been strengthened. During the event, if customers subscribe to two or more "AI Package" products on the "AI All-in-One 2.0" plan, they will receive an additional 30,000 points per item on top of the existing benefit of up to 50,000 membership points per item.
For customers purchasing water purifiers, which have high subscription demand due to periodic in-home care services such as filter replacement and interior cleaning, an additional 150,000 points will be offered.
In particular, if customers purchase eligible products by subscription that fall under the "High-efficiency Home Appliance Rebate Program" along with the "AI Subscription Festa" benefits, they can receive a simultaneous 10% government rebate of up to 300,000 won per person.
Meanwhile, the exclusive care service "Blue Pass" provided to subscribers of the "AI All-in-One 2.0" plan has also been made more convenient. "Time-customized installation," which lets customers choose their preferred delivery date and time slot, and "Same-day guaranteed installation," which allows orders placed in the morning to be delivered the same day, are available starting in Oct.
Kim Yong-hun, managing director in charge of Korea at Samsung Electronics, said, "On top of the 'AI Subscription Festa' benefits, there is also a 10% government rebate for high-efficiency appliance purchases under the 'High-efficiency Home Appliance Rebate Event,' so we hope this serves as a good opportunity to get the products you want."
