Salesforce said on the 30th that it will supply an integrated customer relationship management platform to Doosan Enerbility. Through this, Doosan Enerbility has begun work to integrate dispersed sales and marketing information.
Doosan Enerbility changed its name from Doosan Heavy Industries in 2022 and declared a transition to an eco-friendly energy company. As part of that, it is digitizing marketing and sales data and pushing a digital transformation (DX) project to apply artificial intelligence (AI) to operations.
The Salesforce solution newly adopted by Doosan Enerbility is Sales Cloud, a sales automation solution that supports integrated customer data management, automation of sales activities, analysis of sales history, and performance improvement based on AI agents. Doosan Enerbility plans to additionally adopt Salesforce's Service Cloud within the year to support innovation in the customer service sector.
A Doosan Enerbility official said, "Based on the high-quality data accumulated on the Salesforce platform, we will combine AI agent technologies such as "Agentforce" to build a data-driven prediction and decision-making system and provide customers with a higher level of experience and value."
Park Se-jin, head of Salesforce Korea, said, "Salesforce will continue to support the innovation journey of domestic corporations toward a transition to an agentic enterprise as a trusted partner."
