Wrtn Technologies (Wrtn) said on the 29th it will establish a company-in-company (CIC) called "Wrtn AX" to lead AI transformation (AX, AI Transformation). Park Min-jun, head of planning and strategy, was appointed as the CIC chief.
Wrtn AX aims to drive a productivity breakthrough by advancing AI transformation across corporations, schools, and public institutions. It plans to lead the custom AI solutions market by directly developing and delivering agentic AI optimized for each organization's characteristics and tasks.
Specifically, Wrtn AX will ▲ conduct education and consulting for corporations and institutions to ensure successful AI transformation, and ▲ provide a Wrtn platform tailored to corporate and educational settings. It will also ▲ carry out projects to build agentic AI directly by using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and MCP servers.
The company said it is already pursuing a project to develop an AI tool for drafting press releases for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and is taking part in building a generative AI platform for the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, among other practical AX projects with multiple institutions and corporations. It is also collaborating with Amorepacific on marketing.
Wrtn also said that by using its in-house developed AI agents, productivity among related internal departments rose by 15% to as much as 35%.
Park, the new chief, has led Wrtn to reach 5 million MAUs (monthly active users). Park said, "With the full-fledged push into the AX business, we are accelerating hiring for AI agent developers," adding, "as many AX collaboration projects are underway, additional results will continue to follow."
