ITCEN Group said on the 29th that it held a partnership agreement ceremony with outsourced strategic partners at ITCEN Tower in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi, on the 23rd and announced co-prosperity policies for partner companies.
About 70 officials from 41 strategic partners newly selected this year attended the ceremony. ITCEN Group plans to build a stronger partnership by providing more practical benefits to strategic partners. The co-growth policies announced at the event included specific support measures for strategic partners.
First, to ease partners' financial burdens, the company will implement immediate payment of fees and an exemption from surety insurance. It will pay upon acceptance to smooth cash flow and waive the requirement to submit contract-related surety insurance, reducing unnecessary financial expense.
In addition, it will help enhance the capabilities of partner employees through a variety of training support. In addition to regular technical and job training, it focused on tangible benefits such as specialized programs reflecting the latest information technology (IT) trends and recommendations for external professional training.
It will hold regular information-sharing sessions twice a year, once each half, to share market trends and technical information and seek opportunities for joint growth. It also plans to further solidify mutual cooperation by providing awards and incentives to partners with outstanding performance.
An ITCEN Group official said, "This agreement goes beyond simple business cooperation and shows ITCEN Group's firm commitment to building close relationships with partners," adding, "In particular, co-prosperity with partners is very important from an ESG management perspective. We look forward to respecting each other, cooperating, and growing together."
