Netmarble said on the 26th that it is running a stage program for its new action RPG, Mongil: STAR DIVE (developed by Netmarble Monster), on site at "Tokyo Game Show 2025 (TGS 2025)." The exhibition runs through the 28th at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.
Netmarble set up a solo booth for the first time since its founding and is operating not only demo stations but also various programs. On the first day, influencer "Vodka," who has about 2 million subscribers, demonstrated a boss raid battle, and "Kashiwagi Verukura" played through the opening of the game and shared impressions.
In addition, stage programs such as a voice actor talk show and a cosplay show were prepared. Influencers including "Kenki," "Tonakaito," "Kyoichiro," and "Moko," as well as virtual YouTubers such as "Akami Karubi," "Nekomugi Tororo," and Hololive member "Tokoyami Towa" are taking part in the event.
Mongil: STAR DIVE is a sequel to Monster Taming, which was released in 2013. It features Unreal Engine 5-based story directing, real-time tag battles with a three-person party, and a monster capture, collection, and fusion system, and is slated for release in the second half of this year on PC and mobile as a multi-platform title. Global pre-registration is underway.
