Samsung Electronics Service said on the 25th that Vice President and CEO Kim Young-ho was selected as the winner in the CEO customer satisfaction institutional sector, representing the company at the "2025 Korea Management Awards" hosted by the Industrial Policy Research Institute, in recognition of leading the development of the service industry.
The Korea Management Awards, sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, selects corporations and CEOs who have made significant contributions to national industrial development through outstanding leadership and differentiated management strategies.
Samsung Electronics Service operates the industry's largest number of service centers, dedicated on-site service centers, and B2B centers for corporations. In areas where it is difficult to visit a service center, it runs a "visiting service" in which vehicles equipped with inspection devices such as smartphones and tablets make regular visits.
Vice President Kim said, "The efforts of our executives and employees to realize customer-first values led to this award," and added, "We will continue to strive to achieve customer satisfaction with differentiated, customer-centered services."
